What is vegan BCAA
Vegan BCAA stands for Branched Chained Amino Acids, which is obtained from vegetable sources. It consists of a branched chain of the 3 essential amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. BCAA is absorbed directly by the body, so that it has an immediate effect. The body cannot produce these amino acids itself and must obtain this through food.BCAAs occur mainly in the muscles and form a large part of the proteins. Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of the muscles. These 3 amino acids have even more important tasks in the muscles and are therefore very popular among athletes. BCAA is therefore one of the most popular sports supplements in the world. It is available in the natural flavors Orange & Mango and Watermelon.
Why vegan BCAA
Regular BCAA has a poor solubility and cannot be mixed well in water or with flavorings. Our vegan BCAA is a so-called Instant BCAA, where we used a natural emulsifier. This improves the solubility and can easily be mixed, which ensures a perfect and deliciously flavored BCAA drink. These days, fortunately, you see more and more BCAA supplements that are produced from vegetable sources. There is also a cheaper BCAA version for sale that is obtained from dubious sources such as feathers and hair. Our BCAA comes entirely from vegetable sources. Most BCAA products on the market contain about 70% – 80% BCAA. Our flavoured BCAA has a much higher BCAA content and contains 94%. Our BCAA is maybe not the cheapest option on the market, but you do get a lot more BCAA per serving.
