What is Alpha GPC

ALPHA GPC is a strong choline compound and stands for Alpha-glycerophosphocholine. This is a precursor of the neurotransmitter Acetylcholine. This choline compound is very popular because of the strong cognitive effects. It can be used for different purposes and is widely used by athletes, students or people who demand a little more from their brains. Alpha GPC is a natural compound and occurs in various natural sources.

Why Alpha GPC

This choline compound can easily cross the blood brain barrier. It is therefore able to quickly deliver choline to the brain. The concentrations in natural sources are unfortunately too low to fully experience the strong properties. This is possible with a supplement. A lot of research is being done into the properties and functioning of this natural choline compound. Many applications have already emerged from these studies. A disadvantage of this product is that it is hygroscopic. It attracts moisture from the environment, causing it to change its structure to a liquid form. Best is to divide the quantity into different reclosable bags to keep the product fresh.

    Bit sticky due to hygroscopic effects, might mix this up with a stable non active ingredient or maybe just rice to soak op the moisture.

    Only had time to test it twice yet but seems legit. Doesnt tast much and dissolves bad in water so best would be to add it in yoghurt or similar so it doesnt stay in the bottom of your glass.
