The personal data that is necessary for the delivery of your order are shown on the invoice. The complete invoices are kept for 7 years. This period is regulated by law and is determined by the tax authorities.
Newsletter:
To receive a newsletter we need an e-mail address. This e-mail address will only be deleted when requested. You can also unsubscribe yourself if you no longer wish to use this service.
Reviews:
Everyone can post a review about a certain product or service. We maintain a retention period of 4 years for the reviews. Because the opinions and experiences of customers can be very valuable to visitors of the webshop, we leave them for 4 years. After 4 years it has no added value and more recent reviews are more important.
Poll:
The personal data that is stored when participating in a poll will be kept for 1 month. After closing the poll we can possibly contact a participant, if we still want to ask or share something. After 1 month, the personal details are anonymised and only the votes are saved, so without the personal data.
Social Media:
• When contact is made via social media via a chat conversation, this data is stored for 1 year. This way we can offer a good service, for example when someone comes back to a subject that was discussed earlier. After a year we do not expect anyone to come back to a topic, so we no longer consider it necessary to keep this data.
• When someone adds or shares something on our page, this is saved for a maximum of 4 years. It can be removed at any time by the person himself or when we are requested to remove it. We keep it for 4 years, because we have an interesting and reliable page for visitors. Sufficient content of guests / customers ensures a reliable image of our company and provides the customer with sufficient information and content.
